ESSSN - Threatened Species in the East

ESSSN Term 3 MeetUP — Tues 14 August — 3:45-5:15pm

Join us at Greycliffe House for our next ESSSN MeetUP. Join Jakki Trenbath and David Thompson, from National Parks and Wildlife Service, for a walk around Nielsen Park. Participate in an activity to explore how to engage students around the issue of threatened species.

As usual, this will be an instructive and convivial MeetUP where we learn from our peers.

This schools' and centre's network event is aimed at early learning, primary and secondary educators in the Woollahra, Randwick and Waverley Council areas.

WHERE: Greycliffe House, Nielson Park, Vaucluse (meeting will be held in the Conference Room)

*Best parking is on Greycliffe Avenue. Once parked, enter via Promenade Road and walk along Shark Beach, past The Nielsen Cafe and around to Greycliffe House. Bus route 325 stops on Vaucluse Road, near Greycliffe Avenue. Alight and walk as above.

Claim teacher professional learning accreditation for attending meetings

DEC teachers who attended our ESSSN meetings can now log in through their DEC portal and register for two hours of accredited professional learning. As long as you turn up and sign in you will be accredited.

DoE teachers can apply through MyPL on Course Code: NR09055 under DEC course 'Sustainability Network'.
