Bondi Public School Kitchen garden is getting ready for spring growing and needs lots of compost!

If you have any spare compost or wormcastings and liquid that you can't use in your garden please give it to the school. Every Tues, Wedensday and Thrusday the garden coodinator is there and you drop it off to her. If you can't make it then but do have some to give away let us know and we'll work something out.
If you haven't already heard about this fantastic project read about it here.....

  • I have in the past organised for the Police stables (Surry hills ) to drop off a load of horse manure which I have used to create compost for the school gardens which I have been involved with . Used to smell for a couple of days so we used to get dropped off in holidays if possible but you are often reliant upon when they can drop off and can be a waiting list so book in ahead if you can .

  • Hi Lauren, see my post above- I am getting a bokashi bucket soon and would love to give you the contents every two or three weeks if this would suit. I work during the week so could we work something out for weekends or evenings? Anna
