i dont like this video. wooden pallets are made from treated pine (read: chemicals) and also sprayed again by quarantine when they enter the country. definitely not recommended for an organic garden. lance, in all other respects i love your work .

Not all wooden pallets are made from pine .. pallets used to carry heavy loads, such as paving stones, bags of cement etc., are all made from hard wood and there's plenty of them left discarded.. you just need to know your 'wood' and select carefully :)
